Closing with a mindfulness meditation to realign with core intentions, everyone is encouraged to embrace growth, let go of what no longer serves, and find balance between effort and ease both on and off the mat.

Himalayan Raja Yoga

This is the ancient tantric meditation technique of the Himalayas. Rooted in deep yogic tradition, these practices begin with deep breath work - pranayama then pratyahara: the stilling of the senses and body. From there, we move through a series of meditative states toward vishokā jyotiṣmatī, as described in Yoga Sutra 1.36 - a luminous, grief-transcending state of inner light. You will learn the stages of samprajñāta samādhi, including vitarka, vicāra, ānanda, and asmitā - each representing subtler layers of meditative absorption. Ultimately, this meditation prepare you for the doorway to asamprajñāta samādhi (also known as nirbīja samādhi), the seedless state beyond thought and form. This path is not just about silence, it’s also about liberation.

Step into the stillness of the Buddha’s path. In this class we explore the timeless practices of Buddhist meditation, methods designed to anchor the wandering mind and open the gateway to samadhi. Together we will cultivate Anapanasati (mindfulness of breathing) and Vipassana (insight meditation), two foundations that steady the mind and sharpen awareness. From there, we will journey deeper into the refined techniques of the Thai Forest Masters, practices that mirror the very methods the Buddha himself used to awaken. This is meditation at its purest: disciplined, direct, and luminous in its capacity to reveal clarity, calm, and freedom.

Garba Dance of the Sacred Feminine is a traditional Indian “dance of the womb” that honors womanhood and celebrates Shakti, the feminine principle. Rooted in spiraling anticlockwise movements through the feet and hips, it offers a meditative flow that nurtures balance, change, and transformation. The workshops explore three divine aspects of the Mother Goddess—Bhvaneshwari, Mother of the Universe; Durga, Mother of Power and Protection; and Lakshmi, Mother of Beauty and Abundance. Each class begins by acknowledging Shakti within, then develops embodied movement into improvisation and choreography, celebrating the divine dance of body, mind, and spirit.
