After many years of dancing, Suzanne discovered yoga and went on to become a 500-hour trained Senior Yoga Teacher and Restorative Yoga Teacher. She is currently completing postgraduate studies in Yoga Therapy, complementing her work in Allied Health delivering Physiotherapy Programs.
Suzanne teaches a flowing combination of asanas, breathing techniques, relaxation, and yoga nidra, encouraging stability, mobility, flexibility, and balance. Her classes are rejuvenating and therapeutically based, designed to nourish the body, mind, and nervous system while remaining adaptive and accessible to Every Body.
