Rosie Richards

Rosie Richards is a passionate Yoga and Pilates teacher whose love of holistic health has been woven through her life since childhood. Yoga has always been her constant companion uplifting her in joyful times and offering a grounding presence when needed. She is especially drawn to the dynamic strength and clarity of Power Vinyasa, the deep nourishment of Yin Yoga, and the profound rest of Yoga Nidra.

Her exploration of mindful movement naturally expanded to Reformer Pilates, where she discovered a fresh physical challenge that strengthened her core stability and introduced new dimensions to her practice. Rosie’s teaching blends the precision of Pilates with the mindfulness of yoga, creating classes that are both empowering and accessible.

Known for her warm, community-focused approach, Rosie creates welcoming spaces where students of all levels can explore, grow, and connect, on the mat, the reformer, and beyond. Her sessions are dynamic yet grounding, playful yet deeply restorative, and always rooted in breath and body awareness.

Whether guiding a powerful vinyasa flow, a restorative yin practice, or a strength-building Pilates session, Rosie invites every student to discover balance, strength, and a deeper sense of self & well-being.
