Jeanette Swain

Jenna Swain has been practising yoga for around 15 years, becoming deeply committed to her practice over the past five years as she travelled and worked across Australia. As a busy professional, Jenna initially turned to yoga to create greater peace, balance and connection in her life. Over time, yoga has become much more than a physical practice — it has become a way of life, with the many limbs of yoga woven into her everyday living.

Jenna has completed 250 hours of yoga teacher training in the Tantric lineage, as well as 150 hours of Yin training. She teaches Flow and Yin with a strong anatomical focus, creating practices that are grounded, mindful and accessible.

Alongside her love of yoga, Jenna has a deep passion for music and singing. Her introduction to Kirtan brought these passions together, allowing her to explore the powerful connection between voice, movement, stillness and community.
