Originally from Italy, I have been practising Yoga consistently for the last 12 years, first in the UK as a University student, and now here in Australia. Trained in the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa style, but enthusiastic about all yoga styles, my personal practice is strong, but mindful.
Since 2019, I have been teaching private and group classes in a variety of Yoga styles and methods. I have worked with a broad range of students with different abilities and backgrounds, as well as offering disability programmes specialising in spinal cord injury and cerebral palsy.
Together with my partner Matthew, I co-own the 28-year old Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Melbourne, founded by Greg and Tracy Cooper.
