Garba Dance of the Sacred Feminine is a traditional Indian folkloric ‘dance of the womb’ to honour womanhood and dedicated to the different aspects of the feminine principle or “Shakti”. Grounded within the feet and hips, it is a spiraling anticlockwise movement meditation that cultivates balance in the flow of change and transformation.

Through gentle supported shapes, breath, and guided meditation, you’ll melt stress away and settle into stillness with your whole being. This nourishing practice calms the nervous system, quiets the mind, and creates space for deep rest, leaving you grounded, replenished, and renewed.
Energize your day with a dynamic Vinyasa flow designed to build strength, mobility, and focus. This more powerful practice links breath and movement through fluid, creative sequences that generate heat and leave you feeling invigorated. Set against the natural beauty of Amorgos, this class invites you to challenge yourself while staying present and adaptable. All levels are welcome, with options provided—though expect a stronger, more active flow.
The Amorgos guided island tour will give you the opportunity to explore the most enchanting sites of the island. Following your departure from the hotel, the first stop will be at the Monastery of Panagia Chozoviotissa, where you will climb approximately 300 steps (about 20' depending on your walking pace) and reach the top of the Monastery where you will be able enjoy the breathtaking and picturesque views of Amorgos. Once inside, you will be greeted with psimeni raki to follow a private tour of the ancient place and you will have the opportunity to purchase small souvenirs for yourself and your loved ones, if needed. The next stop is the church of Agia Anna that is located in the most beautiful rocky beach of Amorgos, famous for its crystal clear waters and natural beauty, where you can also swim. The final stop will be Chora, the island's main town, where you can walk on the beautiful cobbled stone alleyways, do some shopping from the local boutiques and enjoy a delicious lunch of your choice if you want to (*please note that the lunch is not included in the price and is scheduled upon prior communication with our concierge). After the tour is completed, you will be transported back to Aegialis Hotel & Spa. *Swimsuits are recommended for swimming at Agia Anna. ** Long skirts with a T-shirt or maxi dress for women and long pants for men are required for entrance to the Monastery. ***Sneakers are recommended for this tour - avoid flip flops, sandals, wedges.
