To journey within, to gain the forgotten connection of body and mind, to become the captain of your vessel. One could call this meditation, and it is, meditation through movement. We begin by familiarising ourselves with the hoop, how the hoop moves and how we use our body to move the hoop through Hoop Yoga. Using breath to stimulate Prana and invigorate the body.
Once connected, we will explore hoop tricks and moves available to all skill levels. Working at our own level and challenging ourselves to grow beyond. As we grow, we begin to join the moves and tricks together into a flowing, moving Hoop Dance. This is suited to all hoop & yoga skill levels and experience, from beginner to advanced.
